Our saunas are know as a traditional hot rock sauna.

A traditional hot rock sauna uses heated stones and water to create a hot and humid atmosphere capable of providing a number of health benefits. the air will be very dry until water is sprinkled over hot rocks. Both temperature and humidity are adjustable, by adding water to rocks to add humidity and changing the temperature setting on your thermostat.

Maintenance

What is so great about saunas is that there is very little maintenance, sauna rocks should be replaced once a year, or after 300 sauna hours. The outside of the sauna can be oiled or left bare as this is an aesthetic choice.
